I just received a message from Ross Brinkerhoff & verified with Ohiopyle State Park officials that the recovery operation for the missing person is in need of assistance.

If you are able to help, go to the command center at the Ferncliff parking lot. Stacy is the person to speak with.

Skilled kayakers are needed to aid in the search of the Lower Yough from Railroad to Brunner.

As of 4pm today 6-9-08, park personnel report that recovery has not been made.

Divers were called in to check some areas of interest.
